Can a company with a foreign Fuzeren apply for the government’s grants and subsidies?

The Taiwanese government provides three types of business incentive programs: grants, subsidies, and loan guarantees. A foreign Fuzeren can apply for grants and subsidies, for example, tax reduction and hiring subsidies. However, the law states that a foreign Fuzeren CANNOT apply for loan guarantees.
