The labour standard laws provide for the termination of employees both with and without notices. Employees cannot be fired because of age, gender, ethnicity, region, party, physical disability, or union position.
An employer is not required to give notice when:
Employees misrepresent facts at the time of hire and misrepresentation causes damages to the employer.
Employees commit acts of employer, the employer’s family members, agents of the employer or other employees.
Employees commit gross violation of the employment contact of rules.
Employees are found guilty in a court of law.
