The labour standard Law requires employers to pay an allowance or bonus to employees who have not committed “misconduct” during the year. This allowance or bonus is usually paid out of the net profit at the end of the business’s fiscal year. The labor Standard Laws does not specify a minimum allowance or bonus payable.
